Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 September 2026
These terms cover the use of highburytech.com itself. They do not govern consulting work — that is set out in the written scope and contract agreed for each project.
Liability for content
We take care that the content of this site is accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee it. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under § 7 (1) DDG and general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances suggesting unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in that respect begins only from the point at which a concrete infringement becomes known, and we will remove such content promptly.
Liability for links
This site links to external sites we do not control, and we accept no responsibility for their content. The respective provider or operator of a linked site is always responsible for it. Linked pages were checked for apparent legal violations at the time of linking; no unlawful content was identifiable.
Permanent monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. If we become aware of one, we will remove the link promptly.
Copyright
The content and works on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any form of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require our written consent. Downloads and copies of this site are permitted for private, non-commercial use.
Where content was not created by us, third-party rights are respected and such content is identified as third-party. If you nonetheless become aware of an infringement, please tell us and we will remove the content promptly.
Availability
We make no guarantee that this site will be available without interruption. Access may be restricted or suspended for maintenance, capacity, or reasons outside our control.
Governing law
German law applies. Where a place of jurisdiction can be agreed, it is Oldenburg, Germany. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
